American Standard to the Rescue!

As you know, I recently moved into a new home.  Of course, there were things I wanted to change when we moved in, but most were certainly livable.  However this bathroom was awful!  This was to be my children's bathroom and it is a very small room.  Peeling, nasty wallpaper was everywhere.  I can't even begin to tell you how bad it was.  Seeing the picture doesn't even explain just how horrible it was.  Cramped, lacking storage space, and really dated fixtures were all things that needed ...

Vicks is on Your Side!

Giveaway

It seems like everywhere I go, I encounter someone sick.  No fun!  I hate when little ones are sick and not feeling well.  Our family has certainly had our fair share of nasty viruses to deal with in the past.  When I think of being sick there are two staples that are a must have to help see you through it--a humidifier and a thermometer.

We were sent a great new humidifier and thermometer from Vicks to try out.  The Starry Night Cool Mist Humidifier is awesome!  It is very ...

Win an Usborne book!

top image

In 2010 I was introduced to Usborne Books & More; a British based Children’s Book publishing company. At first glance I was thrilled with the book options for my vibrant (at the time) 8 month old. I started with a Home Party just to get some books for free! I mean, who doesn’t like books for free! I walked away with over $200 worth of books for about $50. Needless to say, that was my hook. I had a taste of the books, and I needed more! The books ...
