Days Ago Timers

Win it!

July 26, 2010

Ever go to see what is in the fridge only to find something that you're not sure just how long it has been in there?  Wondering if it is safe to eat or whetherit is time to toss it? Well, there is a gadget for that now!  Days Ago timers were created to keep tabs on just how long it has been since you opened a container and now you will know how long it is good for.  Especially great for jars of baby food or milk, all you have to do is set the timer and adhere it to the container with the convenient suction cup on the back.  Not only can these be used with food, but also with other things in the house that you need timing for, such as medication reminders, pet care, or anything else you need help remembering. But how do you know how long food is good for?  Days Ago Timers has compiled a list for you on their site to see!

They are reusable and will count up to 99 days before resetting itself.  The batteries are designed to last around 18 months and when they are up, you can easily replace the battery.  To learn more about them and to purchase your own, visit http://www.howmanydaysago.com/.

I was sent a package to review and they are great.  This is wonderful for me because now I have one less thing to remember.  What a terrific idea!  Now two lucky Macaroni Kid readers will get a chance to try Days Ago Timers out for themselves.  How do you enter to win? Email me with Days Ago in the subject line to maryannj@macaronikid.com .  If you want 5 more chances, have a friend subscribe to Macaroni Kid and put your name as the reason they heard of us.  You will both be entered 5 times!  Must be a subscriber to win!
