Glee
Maybe I have been living under a rock for awhile, because I only recently even heard of Glee. I don't watch a lot of TV, so I certainly didn't see it there. Well, Glee has come out on DVD and Blu Ray (the Complete First Season) and I was sent it to review. I am so glad I was! We have totally gotten pulled in and I have to say, I am loving this show! Love the music, the uncomfortable situations and I love Sue Sylvester's ramblings--she makes me laugh.
If you haven't watched Glee for yourself, you have got to give it a try and if you are already a fan, pick up this 4 disc combo of the complete first season to add to your collection. You can buy it now online and in stores.
SYNOPSIS
Glee follows an optimistic teacher who – against all odds and a malicious cheerleading coach – inspires McKinley High’s Glee Club to conquer the world one singing competition at a time. Glee stars Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Jessalyn Gilsig, Jane Lynch, Jayma Mays, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Matthew Morrison, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Jenna Ushkowitz. Television’s most award-winning new series, Glee was honored with a Golden Globe for Best Television Series, Comedy or Musical; a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series; a People’s Choice Award for Favorite New TV Comedy; and an Emmy award for Outstanding Director of a Comedy Series and Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
