Have you heard of the greatest thing on wheels to hit Hunterdon County? It is Kona-Ice, my friends! This awesome ice cream-style truck travels around Hunterdon to bring happiness to your families in the form of yummy shaved ice. We have become very familiar with Kona-Ice in our community and happy that is has come to town.
We have had a couple of birthday parties with Kona-Ice and it is so good! Here's what happens. You have your party and the Kona-Ice truck comes to you. With it comes some fun tunes, flower leis for the birthday child and guests, a King size Kona-Ice for the birthday child, small ices for each of your guests, and a Kona-Ice tshirt for your child. There is also a lot of wow factor involved!
Delicious and refreshing, kids and adults will love the Kona Ice truck and the awesome FlavorWave, where you can choose from tons of yummy flavors to create your own unique concoction. The kids love coming up with their own creations, but my very favorite is Wild Poisonberry!
I have gotten to see tons of people react to the Kona-Ice truck and each person I know that has seen it has been so excited! It is such a fun experience for everyone involved. You can't help but smile when trying out the shaved ice. We have had a couple of birthday parties now featuring the Kona-Ice truck and the novelty hasn't worn off. The kids (and parents) love it!
